摘要:
采用超声振动凝固法使铁在较低的温度下快速溶入铝液,制得的Al-Fe合金显微组织中具有均匀而细小的短棒状FeAl3相。根据融液中超声空蚀效应和局部温升效应,讨论了超声作用下铁的快速溶解机制,并展望了采用该法制备新型合金的应用前景。
