摘要:
在金属枝晶的单向凝固过程中引入具有相同基频的正弦波、三角波和方波振动,发现其对枝晶生长形态的影响依次增强。结果分析表明,这与振动干扰频谱与固液界面的特征频域是否耦合及振动能量在该频域内的分布有关。由此可以说明振动对凝固影响的一些实际现象。
