摘要:
通过高强度超声处理使SiC颗粒均匀分散于铝液中,获得了组织结构良好的SiC/Al-Mg颗粒增强复合材料.讨论了超声对改善SiC颗粒与铝液之间的润湿性和实现颗粒在铝液中均匀分散的作用.结果表明,超声处理是制取颗粒增强金属基复合材料的有效方法。
