摘要:
研究了Mo和Nb的加入对Fe3Al基合金高温蠕变性能的影响.结果表明,含有Mo、Nb等元素的Fe3Al基合金在200MPa,600℃的蠕变中,控制蠕变速率的主要因素是亚晶胞的形成,MO加入到Fe3Al基合金中起到固溶强化的作用,Nb的加入导致形成第二相,二者均使蠕变过程中亚晶胞的形成速度减缓,使合金蠕变速率减小,蠕变寿命提高,但Nb对改善Fe3Al基合金蠕变性能的作用比Mo更大..
