摘要:
用Bridgman法研究了MnSb/Sb共晶的凝固特性.结果表明,MnSb/Sb共晶在温度梯度GL=96~123℃/cm,生长速度v=0.2~25μm/s条件下,呈nf/nf规则生长,v>1μm/s时具有完全纤维状自生复合材料的组织特征,而低速生长(v≤1μm/s)时出现棒-片共晶演化.建立了相间距λ和v关系的标度律,GL对该标度律无甚影响.文中对棒状共晶的体积生长动力学和棒-片形态演化进行了分析..
