摘要:
增压流化床锅炉主要有两种负荷调节方法:一是改变密相床高度,二是改变床温.本文以即将在徐州安装投运的60t/h增压流化床锅炉为对象,通过计算对上述两种调节手段作了比较.结果表明:只改变床温,负荷的调节范围很有限(79.3%~100%);而利用改变密相床高的方法,可在较大范围内(55.5%~100%)调节锅炉负荷;若同时调节床高和床温则可获得更大的负荷调节范围,且过热器出口的蒸汽温度变化幅度也很小..
