摘要:
提出基于遗传算法的γ-刀治疗计划优化. 该算法可用于优化肿瘤区靶点的位置、准直器大小和各靶点权重等主要放疗参数,从而达到肿瘤区内剂量分布均匀而又最大限度保护正常组织的目的. 若干病例的计算结果表明,该优化算法可以使等剂量线与肿瘤轮廓线达到很好的吻合并能够有效地保护正常组织.
Abstract:
A genetic algorithm is presented for γ-Knife treatment planning optimization. By using this algorithm, the treatment planning parameters such as the position of isocenters, the size of collimator, and the isocenters’ weight, can be optimized to get a uniform dose distribution to cover the tumor volume and at the same time to minimize the damage to the surrounding normal tissues. Application of this algorithm to some cases shows that our optimization algorithm runs in a satisfactory way for the purpose of deliverying enough dose to tumor and minimizing damage to normal tissue.
