摘要:
阳极化多孔氧化铝是典型的自组织的纳米结构材料.我们用酸溶液阳极氧化法制备了多孔氧化铝膜.从得到的AFM图象及FFT变换,证明了在适当的电解条件下,多孔氧化铝膜具有有序的六角形分布的纳米孔道.
Abstract:
Anodic porous alumina is the typical self-organizing nanometerial.We prepare the anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) films by the anodic oxidation of aluminum in an acidic electrolyte.From the AFM images and FFT images,it is known that with the apropriate conditions,anodic porous alumina has the ordered array of columnar hexagonal cells with central,cylindrical uniformly sized holes.
