摘要:
应用证据理论和多种群遗传结构对常规遗传算法作了改进,提出了一种计及非定量不确定性的电网扩展规划方法.该方法能有效地综合不确定性因素对规划方案的影响并作出全面客观的评价.算例结果表明了该方法的有效性.
Abstract:
Based on Evidential Theory and an improved Genetic Algorithm(Multiple-Population GA), a new transmission network expansion planning method taking account of non-quantificational uncertainty is presented.Using this method, we can reckon in the technical,environmental,economical uncertainties and give the planning schemes a comprehensive and impartial evaluation. Practical application of this method proves that it is effective.
