摘要:
我国已建成的高速公路中,由于筹资还贷的原因,均实行了收费的政策和制度.在实际操作中,形成了不尽相同的收费系统.本文介绍了电子收费(ETC)系统在国内道路收费中的应用情况,对电子收费系统框架及其关键技术进行了系统的描述.对电子收费在国内外的发展状况及收费应用开展的一些情况进行了分析以后,又对系统的选型与设备的选择等作了分析,给国内使用电子收费技术的单位提出了一些建议,同时针对国内该技术的应用提出了一些应当注意的情况及建议.
Abstract:
Because of financing and paying off the loan, freeways that have been built in China execute different charge policy or regulation. In actual operation, different charging systems are adopted. In this paper, the state of electronic toll collection (ETC) system is described in detail. The frame of ETC system is divided into several sub-systems, meanwhile some description and proposal are provided. After analyzing the situation of ETC technology development and application in traffic tolling at home and abroad, ETC mode-choice and the corresponding equipment-choice are deduced in the paper. Finally, notice and advice on applying ETC technology in China is pointed out.
