分别在实验室规模常压模拟增压流化床燃烧室和15 MW PFBC-CC联合循环中试电站60 t/h蒸发量的PFBC锅炉上进行了增压流化床锅炉启动特性试验研究.试验了热烟气点燃流化床的煤种适应性; 研究了加煤床温、加煤速率、埋管受热面积、静止床高、热烟气温度和烟气流量等参数对启动过程的影响规律.验证了为增压流化床锅炉特制的启动系统中带有气封结构的风室的可靠性.考察了增压流化床在深床运行中实施压火后,能再次热启动的条件及所需的燃油量和煤量的变化.在实验室规模装置上得到的较翔实和完整的结构设计参数和试验结果,已经
Abstract:
Experimental study on characteristic of start-up process of a pressurized fluidized bed combustion (PFBC) boiler was carried out both in a bench scale simulated PFB combustor and a 60 t/h PFBC boiler in a pilot plant of 15 MWe PFBC-CC power station. The coal flexibility is tested in starting up the fluidized bed using hot flue gas. The effects of parameters, such as bed temperature when coal is fed, coal feeding rate, in-bed heat transfer tubes, static bed height, hot gas temperature and flow rate, on the start-up process are investigated. An innovative wind-box is designed especially for the PFB boiler, and its reliability of gas-sealed configuration in the start-up system is testified. Hot start-up feature for the PFB boiler at deep bed height and high temperature of a shut-down condition is conducted along with the variation of coal feeding rate and auxiliary oil fueled when an active bed is restarting up. All of the results obtained from the simulated combustor provide a database of configuration modification and systematical design for the pilot scale PFBC boiler and its operation. The research results can be widely used for the start-up process of large-scale AFB and PFB boilers.
