摘要:
提出了一种新型12/8极双凸极变速永磁DSPM电机,它集永磁无刷直流PMBLDCM电机和开关磁阻SRM电机的主要优点于一身,加上其独特的转子斜槽和12/8极结构,该电机具有功率密度高、用铜量小、绕组电阻小和转矩脉动小等优点.用有限元法(FEM)对该电机的磁场分布、永磁磁链、反电势和电感特性进行了计算和分析,计算中考虑了永磁磁场和电枢反应的相互作用.样机实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性.
Abstract:
A new 12/8-pole doubly salient permanent-magnet(DSPM)machine is designed and analyzed. Due to its DSPM nature, this machine incorporates the advantageous features of the permanent magnet brushless direct current(PMBLDC)and switched reluctance(SR)counterparts. Moreover, due to the unique 12/8-pole topology with rotor skewing, it offers excellent power density, less copper consumption and winding resistance as well as torque ripple. Its characteristics, including PM flux linkage, back EMF, and inductance, are analyzed by using the finite element method(FEM)in which the interaction between the PM field and the armature field are taken into account. The theoretical analysis is verified by experimental results.
