摘要:
综合考虑人的感知需求和服务内在实现手段,确立并定义了能反映用户感知服务质量用于端到端SLA的服务内在性能测度.设计了一个以SLA遵从性检验为主要目的,扩展性较好,适用于高速网络环境的端到端SLA性能测量与分析模型.描述了模型主要部件:采集器、前端机和分析机的功能以及所有部件的工作时序,并探讨了SLA遵从性分析方法及SLA履行报告的内容与形式.
Abstract:
Several service-intrinsic performance metrics for end-to-end SLA(service level agreement)are defined taking into account both human perception requirements and service-intrinsic implementation technologies. In order to verify the SLA compliance an end-to-end SLA performance measurement model which promises better scalability for high-speed network environments is proposed. After describing the functionalities of the main components including meters, front-end processors and analyzer, the workflow of all components is provided to illustrate the time feasibility of the model. A simple algorithm for quantifying the SLA compliance is also presented.
