摘要:
初步归纳了国外对纳米材料,如纳米颗粒、碳纳米管、纳米聚四氟乙烯、碳颗粒、固体脂质纳米颗粒、包覆DNA的纳米颗粒、半导体量子点等的毒性研究; 同时也介绍了国内对磁性纳米材料、硅壳类纳米材料、齿科桩钉用纳米SiO2/S-Gf/EAM复合材料等的毒性研究进展.如下几个方面应引起重视:由于粒径减小造成的毒性增强; 材料外包被和性质的改变带来的毒性变化; 不同染毒方式造成的毒性差异; 纳米材料的毒性作用机制等.
Abstract:
This paper primarily summarizes international toxicity studies on nanomaterials, including nanoparticles, carbon nanotubes, nano-polytetrafluoroethylene, carbon particles, compacted DNA nanoparticles, semiconductor quantum dots, etc.; and the domestic studies on magnetite nanomaterials, silica shell inorganic nanomaterials, dental fiber-reinforced composite posts, etc. It is pointed out that more attention should be paid to the following aspects: toxicity increasing along with diameter decreasing, toxicity variation with different coatings and properties, toxicity differences with different infection and the toxicity effect mechanism of nanomaterials.
