摘要:
从实现具有自监控、自诊断能力的智能化机械设备的角度,系统介绍了面向Internet的、具有远程监控、诊断、维护和升级能力的嵌入式旋转机械智能状态监控与故障诊断系统的实现技术.该系统采用数字信号处理器(DSP)及嵌入式计算机,实时检测并存储设备运行的转速、振动等信息,由DSP进行故障信号处理和特征分析,并通过自定制的嵌入式Linux操作系统实现了面向Internet的远程软件升级和系统维护,其内嵌的基于移动代理的嵌入式诊断软件可以通过局域网或Internet与远程故障诊断中心自动交互诊断信息,实现协同诊断,有效地提高了设备状态监控与故障诊断系统的智能化水平.
Abstract:
To construct an intelligent machine with self-monitoring and self-diagnosis abilities, the technology for realizing an Internet oriented embedded intelligent condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system with remote monitoring, diagnosis, maintenance and upgrading functions for the rotation machine is introduced systematically. The system is based on the digital signal processor(DSP)and the embedded microcomputer and can measure and store the machine work status, such as the rotate speed and vibration etc. in real time. In the system, the DSP chip is used to do the fault signal processing and feature extraction. The embedded microcomputer with a customized Linux operation system carries out the Internet oriented remote software upgrading and system maintenance. An embedded fault diagnosis software is also designed in the system based on the mobile agent technology which can interconnect with the remote fault diagnosis center to realize cooperative diagnosis. This embedded condition monitoring and fault diagnosis technology can effectively improve the intelligence degree of the fault diagnosis system.
