摘要:
利用U形反应器与FTIR联动方法对7种生物质在600 ℃快速热解1 min时的热解产物进行了在线测定,同时还进行了不同温度(400 ℃和800 ℃)和添加二氧化硅、硅藻土、石灰石等对热解产物影响的研究.结果显示,不同生物质的热解产物有明显差别,但主要产物为CO,CO2,CH4,CH3CH:CH2,CH3COCH3等; 温度是影响生物质有机质分解产物组成的重要因素,低温(400 ℃)产物中的CO含量明显偏低,而醛类、酮类、酯类等含量随着温度升高而下降; 不同添加剂对生物质热解产物的影响不同,硅藻土的催化效果要优于其他2种.实验结果也表明了这一系统对测定生物质快速热解过程中产物组成的有效性.
Abstract:
Experiments for 7 types of biomass during fast pyrolysis at 600 ℃ were carried out in a U type reactor combined with Fourier transform infared(FTIP)and the composition of the products at 1 minute were measured on line. In order to understand the effect of temperature on the pyrolysis products of the biomass, experiments at different temperatures(400 ℃ and 800 ℃)were also done. At the same time three additives,silicon dioxide, diatomite and limestone, were used respectively for comparing their effects on the pyrolysis of biomass. The results show that the composition of the products are different in different types of the biomass studied and the primary products are CO,CO2,CH4,CH3CH:CH2,CH3COCH3. Temperature is one of the key factors related to the decomposition of organic matters of biomass. At low temperature(400 ℃)CO content is low. With the increase of the temperature, the contents of the class of aldehyde, ketone and ester decrease.Different additive has different effect on the pyrolysis products, and the diatomite shows a stronger catalytic action for the decomposition of the organic matters. The results also show that the system built is very effective for the determination of the products during the fast pyrolysis of biomass.
