摘要:
为集中绕组外转子永磁同步发电机建立了非线性变网络磁路分析模型,给出了等效磁路结构,推导了各部分磁导计算公式,用节点磁位法建立非线性磁路方程,并用Gauss-Seidel迭代法进行求解,由此得到了发电机的磁链波形和电势波形,计算结果与有限元分析结果和样机实验结果吻合,计算速度则远远快于有限元法,表明所建立的等效磁路模型是计算该永磁发电机特性的快速有效的方法,从而为该电机的设计优化分析奠定了基础.
Abstract:
The permanent magnet generator with concentrated windings and outer rotor adopts special structure. The available analysis methods for traditional machines are not applicable to this generator. Therefore a nonlinear varying-network magnetic circuit model for the generator is established. The structure of the equivalent magnetic circuit is developed and the permeances are formulated. The nodal MMF(magmetic motive force)equations are developed and solved by using Gauss-Seidel method. Based on the analysis, the flux linkage and back EMF(electro motive force)of the generator are obtained. The results are verified by the finite element analysis and experiments on a prototype machine. Moreover, the computing speed of the proposed method is much higher than that of finite element analysis. It is shown that the proposed method is an effective and fast approach for predicting the characteristics of the generator, and hence lays a foundation for the optimal design of the permanent magnet machine.
