摘要:
研究了聚合物乳液的掺入对纤维增强轻集料混凝土的强度与弯曲韧性的影响,结果表明,掺入聚合物乳液虽然在一定程度上降低了抗压强度,但可以显著提高轻集料混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度和抗折强度.聚合物乳液的掺入可以有效提高纤维增强轻集料混凝土的韧性、降低其脆性,韧度系数最高可提高32倍.研究发现,聚合物乳液对钢纤维增强轻集料混凝土的强度和韧性的改善效果优于对聚乙烯纤维增强轻集料混凝土的改善效果.
Abstract:
The influence of polymer emulsion on the mechanical properties of lightweight aggregate concrete was studied. Results show that the addition of polymer emulsion into lightweight aggregate concrete can increase its split tensile strength, flexural strength and toughness. Toughness index of polymer modified lightweight aggregate concrete is 32 times of that of plain lightweight aggregate concrete. Modifying effects of polymer emulsion to steel fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete are better than those to PE(polyethylene)fiber reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete.
