摘要:
探讨了设备的远程状态监测与故障诊断技术,并对监测诊断系统结构及其实现过程中的关键技术如B/S结构、Java技术和网络Web诊断技术等进行了详细的分析.采用Web技术开发的监测诊断系统实现了系统的真正可移植性,为设计基于网络环境的远程诊断系统提供了一个很好的解决方案.该系统在某炼钢厂连铸旋转塔上应用效果表明,其功能齐全,运行可靠,用户满意.最后指出了当前设备远程诊断系统急待解决的关键问题.
Abstract:
The technique of equipment remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis is discussed, and the framework of monitoring and diagnosis system and some key techniques in its implementation are analyzed in detail, which includes the B/S structure, Java technique and Web diagnostic technique, etc. The system developed with Web technique can implement portability in deed, which provides a good solution for designing a remote diagnosis system based on network environment. The effect from operating locale indicates that the system has full function, reliable operation and friendly consumer interface. Finally, some unsolved key problems in remote monitoring diagnosis system are pointed out.
