摘要:
在深入分析WLAN和GPS技术的基本原理、应用现状和发展趋势的基础上,提出了采用GPS/WLAN技术采集车辆信息的车载设备系统方案,给出了系统的软、硬件设计.该系统的主要特点有:车载设备在车辆运行过程中通过GPS采集车辆的各种信息并保存,在到达系统设定的WLAN接入设备的覆盖范围内时,将车辆行驶过程中所采集到的数据传送给数据接收服务器以供统计和分析,不占用蜂窝移动通信网络资源,实现了车辆与控制中心的准实时通信,降低了设备成本,节省了运营费用.
Abstract:
The basic principle, current application status and the development trend of WLAN(wireless local area network)and GPS(global positioning system)technology are introduced briefly. Then, a new scheme of the vehicle information collecting system based on GPS/WLAN technology is presented. The design and development of the software and hardware of this system are given. The main features of this system are described. In the runtime of the vehicles, the device in vehicle gathers various data and information through GPS and stores them. While the vehicles enter the special range that is covered by WLAN access point, the device can transmit the data stored in the runtime to data receiving server so that they can be analyzed in control center. The quasi-real time communication is realized between vehicle and control center without using the resource of cellular network so that the equipment cost is very low and the operation fee is almost nought.
