摘要:
通过复合材料的性能模型及相关沥青组分调合模型的研究,从理论上说明了再生沥青材料性能的可设计性及其材料复合效应.以老化沥青和新沥青及再生剂为基质组分,设计复合再生试验,通过常规物理指标、SHRP指标和感温指标分析新沥青、再生剂对老化沥青的复合再生规律,并推导了再生沥青的复合性能模型.试验结果表明:再生沥青与新沥青掺量在针入度、软化点、高温车辙因子、低温劲度模量及针入度指数指标方面具有良好的对数线性或线性复合关系; 再生剂与旧沥青的复合针入度符合Grunberg方程,且再生剂对老化沥青的再生规律与新沥青对老化沥青的再生规律基本相同; 尽管在低温延度方面,新沥青及再生剂与旧沥青的复合规律均较差,但再生剂对旧沥青延度及其他性能的改善远优于新沥青.
Abstract:
Based on researches about performance model of composite and bending model of asphalt component, performance design ability and composite effect of recycling asphalt are elucidated described. According to composite theory, using aged asphalt, new asphalt and rejuvenation agent as substrate components, composite recycling tests were designed and carried out. The composite recycling law of aged asphalt with new asphalt and rejuvenation agent was analyzed with different controlling indexes such as conventional physical indexes, SHRP(strategic highway researching project of American)indexes and temperature susceptibility index. And the composite performance models of recycling asphalt were derived based on test data. The test results prove that the penetration, softening point, high-temperature rutting factor, low-temperature stiffness modulus and penetration index of recycling asphalt have good linear or log-linear compositive relation with new asphalt mixing amount; the composite penetration of rejuvenation agent and aged asphalt accord with Grunberg model, and the recycling law of aged asphalt with rejuvenation agent is similar to that with new asphalt; both the composite recycling laws of ductility of aged asphalt with rejuvenation agent and new asphalt are relatively poor,however the improving effect for aged asphalt by rejuvenation agent is much better than new asphalt.
