摘要:
在滴管炉上对无烟煤、烟煤及其混煤在O2/CO2气氛下燃烧时的NOx排放特性进行了研究,重点分析了燃烧气氛、温度、氧浓度、掺混比例等对NOx排放浓度及氮转化率的影响.实验结果表明,较之O2/N2气氛下,无烟煤与烟煤在O2/CO2气氛下混烧时NO排放浓度平均低大约12%; 随O2体积分数增加,NO排放浓度仅小幅增加; 随混煤中无烟煤所占比例的增加,NO排放浓度先减小后增加,当无烟煤/烟煤比例为1:1时,其达到最小值; 混煤的氮转化率随混煤中无烟煤比例的增加而逐渐减小.混煤的氮转化率与掺混比例有较大的关联,但并非简单的线性关系.
Abstract:
NOx emission characteristics of blended coal(anthracite and bituminous)combustion in O2/CO2 atmosphere were investigated in a drop tube furnace. The study focuses on the effects of atmospheres, temperature, O2 concentration and mixing ratio on NOx emission concentration and nitrogen conversion ratio. The results show that on an average the NO emission concentration in O2/CO2 atmosphere is about 12% lower than that in O2/N2 atmosphere and only slightly increases with O2 concentration. With the increase of anthracite ratio the NO emission concentration decreases first and then increases, and reaches the minimum value at the mixing ratio of 1:1. The nitrogen conversion ratio decreases with the increase of anthracite ratio. Nitrogen conversion ratio has a close relation with the mixing ratio, but it’s not a simple linear relationship.
