摘要:
针对轴向充磁圆筒型无铁心永磁直线电机,提出一种在圆柱坐标系下基于磁荷法的空载磁场解析计算方法.利用该解析法对无铁心直线电机的空载磁场分布进行分析,得出空载磁场的轴向和径向磁场分布表达式,并结合电机结构参数,推导出电机的反电势和推力.之后分别采用该解析法和有限元法计算了某型号圆筒型无铁心永磁直线电机的空载磁场、反电势和推力.最后使用有限元法分析了负载电流对电机磁场的影响.结果表明,所提出的解析计算方法的结果与有限元结果非常接近,验证了该解析法的正确性;负载电流对永磁体表面处的电机磁场分布几乎无影响,体现了该种电机结构的优点.
Abstract:
An analytical method is presented to predict the magnetic field of the axial magnetized tubular ironless permanent magnet linear motor(TIPMLM)based on the magnetic charge method in the cylindrical coordinate system. The no-load magnetic field distribution is analyzed, the expressions of the axial and radial components of which are derived. By combining the motor parameters, the back electromotive force(EMF)and thrust force are derived. Then the no-load field distribution, back EMF and thrust force of a TIPMLM are calculated by using the proposed method and the finite element method(FEM), separately. Finally, the effect of load current on the magnetic field of the motor is analyzed by FEM. It is shown that the results of the proposed analytical method and FEM are very close to each other, which verifies the proposed analytical method. The effect of load current on the magnetic field distribution on the surface of the permanent magnets is negligible, which is one of the merits of the investigated motor structure.
