摘要:
为研究钢筋套筒灌浆连接的受力性能,建立了适用于大曲率复杂曲面变形测量的多相机数字图像相关系统,并利用此系统对一种变形灌浆套筒进行了单向拉伸试验,跟踪测量了套筒表面的全场变形信息.结果表明:多相机数字图像相关系统能够完整重建灌浆套筒的三维形貌,并获得套筒表面任意位置的变形状态,包括传统应变片方法难以测量的套筒变形段凹槽处变形;将套筒表面应变分布规律与应变片测试结果和有限元分析结果进行对比,证实了多相机数字图像相关系统的可靠性.多相机数字图像相关为研究灌浆套筒的连接性能提供了直观且全面的新试验手段,也为大曲率复杂曲面的三维形貌与变形测量提供了有效的测试方法.
Abstract:
To study the mechanical properties of grouted splice connection, a multi-camera digital image correlation system for deformation measurement of the complex surface with large curvature was established. The uniaxial tensile test of a deformed grouted sleeve was carried out by this system and the full-field deformation on the sleeve surface was measured. The results indicate that this multi-camera digital image correlation system can completely reconstruct the three-dimensional profile of the sleeve, and measure the deformation of any position on the sleeve surface, including the deformation of grooves on the deformed parts of the sleeve which are difficult for strain gauges to measure. By comparing the strain distribution obtained by the system with the experimental results of strain gauges and the finite element analysis results, the reliability of this multi-camera digital image correlation system is verified. The multi-camera digital image correlation provides the new means for the experimental study on the connection properties of the grouted sleeve, and also an effective approach for the three-dimensional profile and deformation measurement of complex surfaces with large curvature.
