摘要:
借助营销学中忠诚度的概念,从行为与态度2个角度分析城市综合体中停车收费政策调整对不同人群的影响.提出敏感人群、无感人群、灰色人群辨识方法,并建立停车收费政策变化下的行为选择模型.研究发现,家庭收入、出行目的、出行时长、停车费用及每周开车天数是居民对停车费用敏感性的重要影响因素.通勤、非通勤出行中分别有44.7%和42.9%的驾车者被归为灰色人群.尽管他们当前较为依赖小汽车,但实质上对停车费用及公交服务水平的变化较为敏感,具备向公交出行转移的可能性.提出的敏感、无感与灰色人群的辨识方法,为城市综合体交通停车收费政策调整过程中把握小汽车出行向其他方式转移的趋势和可能性、停车政策效果评价提供了定量分析方法.
Abstract:
With the concept of loyalty in marketing, the effect of parking charge on different people in urban complex is analyzed from the angle of behavior and attitude. An identification method for sensitive, insensitive, and gray population is proposed, and a quantitative behavior selection model under the change of parking charge policies is also presented. The results show that household income, trip purpose, travel time, parking charge, and the number of days driving per week are the most significant factors affecting sensitivity. In commuting and non-work travel, 44.7% and 42.9% of the drivers are classified as gray population, respectively. Although they depend on driving currently, they are in fact very sensitive to the changes in parking fees and bus service levels, and are possible to travel by public transit. The proposed identification method provides a quantitative analysis tool for evaluation of parking policies and the possibility of driving transferring to other travel modes in urban complex.
