摘要:
提出了一种基于上部结构振动响应的桥塔冲刷状态分析方法.该方法首先基于理论分析得到的冲刷敏感模态确定传感器布置方案,进而对环境振动(大地脉动)下的桥梁结构加速度数据进行多次采集,并通过对实测数据模态分析得到相应的模态参数变化.通过对比跟踪桥梁上部结构不同构件、不同模态的动力特征变化,对桥塔冲刷发展状态进行评估.在杭州湾大桥桥塔冲刷评估中完成了该方法的实桥应用,对不同构件与模态形式的冲刷敏感程度进行了分析,并利用水下河床三维量测对该冲刷动力评估方法的准确性进行了验证.结果表明,该方法在实际应用中,跟踪上部结构振动响应可以准确高效地识别出桥塔冲刷发展的状态,选择低阶振型或桥塔构件进行跟踪对桥塔冲刷发展更为敏感,且具有经济、便利、无需水下操作的特点.该方法可避免传统冲刷检测技术中常见的水下安装作业,实现桥梁冲刷发展状态的快速诊断,并可融入常规的桥梁检测项目中.
Abstract:
A superstructure vibration-based pylon scour condition analysis was proposed. Firstly, the arrangement of sensors installed on the superstructure was suggested based on the theoretical scour-sensitive modal analysis. The multiple field measurements were conducted to record the acceleration data of the superstructure on the ambient vibration. A modal analysis was carried out to obtain the discrepancy of modal parameters between each measurement. The pylon scour condition was evaluated by tracing the changes of the natural frequencies and modes of vibration of bridge superstructure. The method was finally applied in the pylon scour assessment of the Hangzhou Bay Bridge. The sensitivities to scour development for different components and modes were discussed. The accuracy was verified by the underwater measurement of the 3D riverbed terrain around the foundation of the bridge. It is concluded that the pylon scour can be identified by tracing the vibration response of bridge superstructure. The lower order modes or the vibration of the pylon component are more sensitive than others to the scour development of pylons. The proposed scour condition analysis method is economical and convenient, and has no need of underwater operation. Thus, the method can be applied as a routine condition assessment to quickly detect the bridge scour.
