摘要:
为提高排水沥青路面设计可靠性并弥补渗透系数表征排水能力存在的不足,提出一种表征排水沥青路面排水能力的新评价指标.通过利用均匀试验设计方法和数据分析软件,建立了极限排水强度的多因素回归模型,提出了用极限排水强度表征的渗透系数计算理论公式.研究结果表明,新评价指标极限排水强度与常用指标渗透系数呈对数相关关系,且渗透系数越大,极限排水强度也越大,提高排水沥青混合料空隙率是增大路面排水能力的最有效方法.利用极限排水强度3D模型可以预测路面所需空隙率大小,可对特定环境下的排水沥青路面进行设计优化.
Abstract:
To improve the reliability of drainage asphalt pavement design and make up for the deficiency of permeability coefficient characterizing the drainage capacity, a new evaluation index characterizing drainage capacity of the drainage asphalt pavement was proposed. By using the design method for a uniform test and the data analysis software, a multi-factor regression model for ultimate drainage strength was developed and a theoretical formula was proposed to calculate permeability coefficients represented by the ultimate drainage strength. The results show that the new evaluation index, i.e., ultimate drainage strength has a logarithmic correlation with the common index, i.e., permeability coefficient. Moreover, the greater the permeability coefficient is, the stronger the ultimate drainage strength will be. The most effective method for increasing the pavement drainage capacity is to increase the porosity of the asphalt mixture. Thus, a 3D model for the ultimate drainage strength is used to predict the required void ratio of the pavement and optimize the design of the drainage asphalt pavement in the specific environment.
